Top 5 Food Delivery Services on Android in Sweden Q1 2022

The first quarter of 2022 saw interesting performance trends for the top 5 food delivery apps in Sweden on the Android platform. Based on data from Sensor Tower, we can analyze weekly downloads and active users for each app.

Food & Groceries by OnlinePizza Norden showed a varied trend in weekly downloads. Starting at approximately 4.8K in the last week of December, downloads peaked at 5.7K in the week of January 24 and then declined to around 4K by the end of March. Weekly active users exhibited a more stable pattern, fluctuating between 39K and 45K throughout the quarter.

Too Good To Go: End Food Waste experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting at 1.3K at the end of December and reaching a high of 3K in the last week of March. Active users increased steadily, growing from 32.3K to 40.3K over the quarter.

HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery had a modest performance in weekly downloads, starting at 2.1K in late December and peaking at nearly 3K in early January. Downloads then hovered around 2K for the rest of the quarter. Active users showed a steady increase from 23.4K to 27.6K by the end of March.

Wolt Delivery: Food and more had a relatively stable download trend, starting with 2.4K in late December and ending with just under 1K in the last week of March. Active users remained consistent, fluctuating between 19K and 20K throughout the quarter.

Uber Eats: Food Delivery saw its weekly downloads start at 2.5K in late December and drop to around 1K by mid-March, with a slight uptick to 1.3K by the end of March. Active users remained largely stable, ranging from 37.9K to 43.2K, with a slight increase towards the end of March.
